Summary

It is planned TESA will be launched at the two early adopter offices (GOWM & GONE) in late May 2007.

The system introduces online claims and payments, electronic offer issue and reissue, project monitoring tools and programme maintenance functionalit and specialist reporting/MI capability.

Implementation of the system at each GO is being led by a Local Working Group made up of representatives from across the ERDF business function. In addition, each office has a dedicated TESA implementation co-ordinator to provide project team support. Richard Law (richard.law@gowm.gsi.gov.uk) is the GOWM contact and Mark Swan (mark.swan@tesaproject.co.uk) is the GONE contact.

Subject to timely and successful implementation at the early adopters, it is planned that all other GOs will launch TESA between June and August
